Corporate & Conferences

Discreet, well-planned coverage for conferences, launches, and brand events.

Now booking corporate coverage

I photograph conferences, launches, galas, and gatherings, and shape the day around the images your team will actually use, not a folder that goes unopened.

  • Keynotes, breakouts, and the room in its finished state
  • Sponsor and brand presence, captured in context
  • Genuine connection and the energy of the audience
  • A curated same-day selection, the full gallery within the week
  • An optional portrait station for the entire team

Planned with intent

We agree on the purpose of the images before the day begins, so every frame has somewhere to go.

Delivered while it matters

Event imagery has a short life. A refined selection reaches you the same day, while the moment is still current.

Common questions

How much does corporate event photography cost in Sacramento?

Event coverage with Scene & Action starts at $650 for up to two hours, with additional hours available. A photo and social recap package that includes a short vertical video is $1,250. Conferences, galas, and multi-session events are quoted based on hours and whether you need a second shooter.

How quickly can we get event photos for social media?

I deliver a small edited selection the same day or the next morning, while the event is still current and worth posting, then the full gallery within the week. Fast turnaround is one of the main reasons companies book me for events.

Can you photograph a conference with multiple sessions at once?

Yes, though simultaneous sessions in different rooms call for a second shooter rather than more hours from one photographer. Tell me your run of show and I will tell you honestly whether one or two creatives makes sense.

Can you add team headshots during our event?

Yes, and it is one of the most useful add-ons. If you have a room full of people with outdated profile photos, a headshot corner set up for twenty minutes solves a problem that has been on someone's list for a long time, and everyone leaves with something they wanted.

Ready when you are.
